It’s just centrally located, nothing else. They left open bottled water that had already been consumed, didn’t give us an appropriate room on the ground floor for an elderly guest, the phone in the room didn’t work, and the staff were rude to my son when we asked for two bath towels and bottled water, claiming it wasn’t their turn and that we should have asked the previous shift for what was missing.

The staff were friendly and helpful when asked, and for a single night it’s not bad at all; I recommend it, it’s well placed in downtown Xalapa. The only downside is that the water isn’t as hot as some might like.
