The campsite location was fantastic, and the neighbors were quiet. I did notice a freezer in the fridge that was a bit of a disappointment.

Because I really enjoy summer in Dzūkija, the few kilometers to the retreat were worth it. The scenery is unusually beautiful, a lovely place to relax. A short walk to the lake and the lake itself is simply amazing—a real escape from city noise and crowds. The spot is calm, spacious enough for a solo stay, which is just what a city person needs. The cottage is tidy, the sun doesn’t bother, the terrace is large, the beds are comfortable, and the sleep was excellent. When preparing lunch for the family, I found a shortage of dishes: cutting boards, salad bowls, larger cups, but this small detail didn’t ruin the vacation.

There’s plenty of space, good access to the lake, and everyone is welcoming. More attention should be paid to cleanliness, providing necessary cooking utensils, and fixing the shower.

The nature is beautiful, about 300 meters to the lake, and in cold weather there are extra activities. The hosts are friendly and caring. The shower and toilet have very small sinks, but that’s a minor issue…
