“Worst Guest house”

After checking in at Stay Inn, the mattress in my room was absurdly hard and made it impossible to sleep well. I asked the front desk politely if they could swap the mattress or give me another room, but they flat‑out refused and said I could either leave or stay. They showed no willingness to solve the problem, and I think guests deserve respectful treatment and reasonable fixes when they raise genuine concerns. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer service and take comfort complaints seriously.

The StayInn Hotel offers a great experience overall. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and very cooperative, making you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The rooms, stairs, and lobby are all well-maintained and kept very clean. A special mention to Mr. Musa at the reception he is highly cooperative and professional. His excellent communication skills, polite attitude, and helpful nature reflect the best qualities of a great receptionist. The location is also excellent, as it is situated in a prime area close to shopping malls, restaurants, and many fast food outlets, making everything easily accessible. One thing that really stands out is the service>every time you arrive at the hotel, the staff promptly assist you by taking your luggage from the car or your hands. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly make the stay more pleasant. The refrigerator wasn't in the room
