“Un lieu unique”
The history and charm of the house, the kindness of the owners, the situation for visiting
“Un joli lieu mais trop cher à notre goût.”
The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The house sits right in the center of Blois, close to everything, making it an ideal spot, and the paid parking across the street is convenient. The price… far too high for the room and services we expected. The mobile air‑conditioning is very loud, making sleep impossible. The room is on the last floor under the roof, so the whole space feels suffocatingly warm. Breakfast is nice but nothing more. We really found the price exaggerated for a historic location, which is a shame.
“Preis- Leistung??”
Old hotel, interesting furniture that catches the eye—like a museum. The third floor has a narrow spiral staircase.
The house’s history intrigued us, and the very friendly owner told us it beautifully. The breakfast was delicious and left no desire unmet. The air‑conditioner was noisy and only covered one room, yet it was also very hot. The phone number listed in the app didn’t match the owner’s, and we almost missed the door because nobody answered the bell for an hour, finally arriving at 21 o’clock.
“Amazing stay”
The owners were incredibly helpful and informative, making us feel very welcome. The house itself was amazing, like stepping back in time.
