Elite Residence

The whole package fits perfectly: location, facilities, staff, and the beds are very good. It’s a full score, that says it all. The only point is that room cleaning every two days instead of three would be better; unwanted sand keeps getting brought in from outside.

“Très heureux de ce choix !”

Functional, clean, excellent location, and great communication with the staff. The shower cabin is a bit narrow, and the fridge is somewhat noisy when it recharges.

The room was very clean and well maintained, and everything worked flawlessly. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear noises from the hallway, but you can get used to it. The staff were very quick and efficient. The location is great as a base. The only issue I think deserves more attention is the stray cats in the area; it would be good to have them spayed and cared for. Other than that we have no complaints and rate the stay very positively.

“Reposante”

The building is new. The rooms are clean and high‑tech, and the décor is very pleasing. The receptionist is very kind! I feel that for a building like this, the location is simply poor; if it were by the sea it would have more success. ☺️

I stayed in a newly renovated studio, small but fully equipped, complete with a shower box and spotless. The downside was that the studio was in the basement, which was fine for two nights but not ideal for a longer trip, and the housekeeping and towel changes only happened every three days.
