The location, availabilty with the 4th of July weekend short notice. Surprised were able to accommodate a family of 5. No complimentary breakfast

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location and room were excellent; there was nothing we didn't like.

The rooms were clean, tidy, well equipped, and the beds were comfortable, but the rooftop bar was almost always full of corporate parties, crowded most of the time, and the staff apologized but ultimately did not treat hotel guests as a priority.

The spot was great—clean, lively, and the staff were friendly. The décor matched the vibe. The only gripe was the chair in my room; it was absurdly uncomfortable.
