It was a small but very cozy room. The room was fully equipped with all comforts and we truly had nothing lacking. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept wonderfully. The breakfast was truly grand! Very extensive, fresh, and incredibly tasty. We have never had such a good hotel breakfast. A truly great start to the day! The room was a bit tight and we also found a stain on the bedding.

Top breakfast. Nothing else.

The staff were kind and the breakfast was superb—ample and very refined, with sweet and savory options that turned out to be the best among the 11 breakfasts at other B&Bs during our 2026 bike tour in Flanders; the price was high (195,75 € for a night in a double room) in a room where the bathroom was not separated, meaning the toilet and shower were in the same space as the bed; even off‑season (148 €) it was too expensive compared to the Flemish average (110–130 € for the same standard with a separate bathroom); it was outside the historic centre (beyond the railway); bikes were stored in the garden and we had to move them through other guests’ breakfast tables.

Breakfast was good, but ventilation was lacking.
