The location right across from the sea is truly fantastic, the reception staff are very nice, and we even received a thoughtful message from Chaimae before and after our stay, which I found very considerate. However, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, especially since our room faced south and the sun hit it almost all day; the TV often bugged and the channel selection was very limited.

The rooms are super beautiful, the pools are great, and the view of the sea is very lovely.

The room with its terrace, the very welcoming staff, and the three pools were all positives, but the bar or restaurant offered a very limited selection of drinks (we expected something more European with beer or alcohol), the dishes were quite bland, the beach and its access were polluted, and the changing area by the pool was dirty and outdated.
