I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel, who went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The food was also surprisingly good and affordable, and the hotel's location near Mount Kenya and other national parks was a big plus. However, I did experience some issues with the water pressure in the shower, and I was disappointed to find that the hotel's website had incorrectly stated that the rooms were air-conditioned.

Additionally, I think it would be helpful to have a reserve hard mattress available for guests with back pain.

I appreciated the delicious and fresh food, particularly the savory pizza, and the abundance of greenery and outdoor spaces to soak up the sun. My room was spotless, with a stunning view of the mountain that I could take in from the sitting area.
