“快適に泊まれました”
The renovated space is clean and the location is convenient. However, there is no changing area, and the shower‑only bathroom is cramped.
“便利”
There are plenty of beds, so even with kids you can sleep comfortably. Having a bathtub would make it even better.
“失敗した。”
Quiet. The carpet was dirty, and I couldn’t find the smoking area.
The room is spacious, and you can rent shampoo and conditioner. It would be nice to have a hand towel for the washbasin in addition to the bath and face towels.
“Lovely little room in Fukuoka in a great, easy to find location.”
The building looks modest on the outside, but the room we booked was surprisingly nice—clean and modern. Even though the space is small, it felt a bit more roomy than we expected. The beds were comfortable full-size doubles, and the couch could flip into another double bed, giving plenty of room for four adults to sit around the coffee table and at the foot of the bed, even with three carry‑on luggage pieces. The shower was all white, so it was obvious how clean it was, and the water pressure was good. The toilet area is spacious, but it’s connected to the shower room with only a translucent door, so there’s little separation or privacy. The kitchen and hallway get tight when everyone is getting ready at the same time, but that’s normal. We could pick from premium shampoo and conditioner brands—Tsubaki, Diane, and &Honey were available. The projector was fun, though we struggled and eventually gave up trying to load non‑Japanese content. The location is great: walking distance or a short drive/taxi to many restaurants, shops, thrift stores, the fish market, parks, and shrines. It’s very peaceful at night. The only downside was that parking isn’t included, though there are several coin‑parking lots nearby. No plates or utensils were provided, but Lawson is just downstairs, so we could easily run back and forth for anything else. The only sign of a cleaning issue was dusty vents in the shower room.
