“Our stay exceeded our expectations and we expect to return next summer.”
All the staff were very polite and pleasant.

Parking was convenient, the food was great, and the beach was just a stone’s throw away. I liked everything.

The parking attendants were very helpful, especially since I had my handicapped wife and our Boston Terrier. I live only 8 miles away and booked a one‑night stay for a special dinner; I called ahead, explained my wife’s nursing home situation and that the dinner was the highlight of our trip. When we arrived, the hostess didn’t greet us warmly and I had to remind her of our reservation. A nurse from the nursing home went over the menu with her, and they offered excellent dishes like T‑Bone and lobster, yet we were handed a burger and alcohol menu and told that was all we had to choose from. Initially, no one seemed to order much beyond appetizers, but before we left, people were receiving both menus, including the dinner options. I received an apology from a waitress when I expressed my frustration about never getting the dinner menu; she said it would be available next year. This was my 50th anniversary, so I spent a lot on burgers instead of a proper dinner. Our reservation was at 5:30, which was treated as dinner time, not lunch. When I left, I told the hotel how disappointed I was, and they deducted a small amount from the bill without explaining it. I again stressed how important dinner was to me. I’m devastated and feel I should be reimbursed for this stay.
