The hotel sits right in the heart of Laem Chabang, close to the sea and easy to get around, but the room carried a stale smell like damp clothes, and the sheets and pillowcases had the same odor.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While I appreciated some aspects, I was disappointed with the breakfast, which didn't meet my expectations. The swimming pool, located in the car park, was smaller than I had hoped, and the gym was unfortunately closed due to broken equipment.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, I felt that the cleanliness could be improved to provide a more comfortable experience.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay in the "exclusive suite" room, which was more like a standard room with a few extra features. The air conditioning was incredibly loud, there was no hot water, and the shower pressure was inconsistent. When I reported the issue to the staff, they told me that it was a common problem with all rooms, but then later offered to switch me to a different room type. The room was also quite old and the sofa had stains on it.
