The reception was friendly, the staff were pleasant, and my room was spotless and well soundproofed. However, the supposedly heated pool was actually cold, the sauna was off (you have to remember to turn it on 30 min before to save energy), a detail I’ve never seen elsewhere even though I stay in many 4‑5 star hotels. Breakfast lacked variety, and unfortunately the Wi‑Fi in my room didn’t work.

I was disappointed that the pool was not included in the room price; this is the first time I’ve encountered that.
