I had a cozy stay and felt the house's vibe was relaxing; it was a place I’d want to return to on my next trip to Andong. There were no shortcomings in this comfortable setting.

1000원짜리 지폐에 나오시만, 어른도 누구신지 잘 모르는, 퇴계 이황 선생님, 퇴계 이황 선생님 묘소 바로 옆에, 도산서원 근처입니다. 문화적, 교육적 가치가 큰 장소입니다. 예약후, 퇴계 선생님의 공부를 아이들과 하게 되었습니다. 자면서도 밖에 풀벌레 소리가 들리는 운치 있는 곳입니다. 저희는 전통 한옥 체험을 가끔 하는 편인데, 다른 한옥이나 문화재 숙박과는 달리, 관리하시는 분과 연락이 좀 쉽지 않았고, 리모델링을 한지 오래되어, 다른 한옥들 보다 어둡고, 낡고, 세심한 관리가 부족합니다. 이 점은 교육적인 장점을 감안 하셔야 할 것 같습니다

I loved how beautiful and authentic it was; the room interior was pretty and well kept. Mosquitoes were a problem, and there were no chairs for my dad—just mattresses to bunk on. The location was too far from Andong village center and poorly connected, with only one bus running two to three times a day.

I was happy to experience old memories, but I would recommend visiting in summer. I went in winter and the cold night air seeped into the rooms, making it chilly, especially since the bathroom and washbasin were outside, which was very inconvenient.
