“It was ok it was clean rooms good breakfast just staff”

The breakfast. All the housekeeping was rude none them spoke English and they never once and pick up all my trash at lease outside my room and I stay for 7 days then lick me out of the side I go in by my rooms cuz there fixing there locks I couldn’t go from my room to my car to pack my stuff then no cameras on the side of the hotel were I was staying they td me on my in the front cuz worried about my car getting broke into

“Not good”

Definitely not a 4 star, just a motel. I set the filter to select 4 star hotel, and this one showed up. I ended up paying almost $300 for a motel instead of hotel. Very disappointing. Booking star system is very misleading

The hotel is very good and offers good value for money. I would have given it a 10, but they charged me an extra $200 for two rooms for one night by mistake. I had to fight to get that money back.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. Be careful if you plan to stay here because they will falsify information to avoid refunding your deposit. They called me saying they charged me $60 because they claimed the bedspread was stained and yellowed, which is completely false. We were not careless at all. I asked for proof, and they sent me a picture after it was washed. That doesn’t prove anything to me. Where is the picture before it was washed? How can they confirm if housekeeping is telling the truth? Those stains must have been there for a while, but they want to charge us for it. It’s not fair because we never left the sheets stained. Something has to be done about this. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Waffles with breakfast. Pancake machine too. Great location not in a high traffic area. Beds comfortable and shampoo was the best. Will stay again. 100 deposit, I would like to not have to have charged and waited 8 days for refund
