Great location, but unfortunately, the hotel had a strong smoking smell throughout. It was a shame because the location was perfect for exploring the area.

“Tuyệt Vời”

I was really impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, modern design, and great natural light. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded my mom's room for free when she was traveling alone. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I'm definitely going to stay here again.

Unfortunately, the hotel's rooms were not well-insulated, so it was really noisy. I could hear everything from the other rooms, and it made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

“Giá tiền, vị trí tốt”

The hotel had a flexible check-in and check-out policy, which was great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However, the rooms were a bit lacking in terms of amenities, with no toilet paper or toothbrushes provided, and the soundproofing was not great, so I could hear the kids in the next room.

The hotel's general cleanliness was good, with a spacious and clean room, and the Wi-Fi was stable and sufficient. However, the hotel's approach to customer service was lacking, with a rigid and commercial attitude that made me feel like I was just a number. The room itself was comfortable, but the lack of soundproofing and the noise from the bar and construction made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, but the hotel's focus on profit over people was disappointing.
