The spot is spot-on, right next to some amazing bars and restaurants, and a tuktuk will drop you at any tourist spot in no time. The room is comfy with a balcony, but the rooftop feels underused despite the gorgeous view. Breakfast should include lactose‑free and gluten‑free options, and the Wi‑Fi was dead throughout my stay. In the lobby/ coworking area, men were smoking in a closed space, which was quite unpleasant.

This place was a total nightmare, far below its star rating. The carpet was so filthy you’d hesitate to take off your shoes, and the hairdryer in the room was so dirty it felt unsanitary to touch. It’s a massive disappointment.

The location was fantastic, just a stone’s throw from Bassac Lane. The hotel was very clean and the staff did a great job. Breakfast was included at a reasonable price.

The location and the manager were the only positives. The rooms all smelled of smoke, and it was clear that smoking is allowed everywhere, even inside the rooms. The pool was filthy, breakfast was mediocre at best, and I couldn’t even pour my own coffee; a staff member had to make it for me, which was frustrating. The breakfast room looked run down, with a pointless pond of fish that should have been released. It all felt dusty, unclean, and sad. The hotel itself is in disrepair and needs a huge overhaul. Towels were frayed, the toilet flush was complicated and odd, and the hallways were long and smelled of cigarettes. The lift only reached four floors of a twelve‑floor building, which made me wonder if this is a scam masquerading as a hotel. It seems geared toward Chinese guests and feels out of place. The photos were obviously Photoshop, and the building is the ugliest in Phnom Penh’s skyline.
