The location was great, but the motel sits right on Kingsford Smith Drive, so the traffic noise is constant. Young people were shouting loudly at the top of their voices, and it seeped into your room even after midnight; the walls are thin, so that’s unavoidable.

The place was filthy and broken, worse than a third‑world dodgy spot. It was dirty, kids were running around, and a hobo slept in the hallway.

Nothing was positive. The whole stay was awful: everything was dirty and broken. We checked in at a decent time, went up to the room, and it was still dirty with stains on the sheets; we had to wait 30 minutes for them to clean it. The window, TV, mirror, air‑con remote, and TV remote were all broken. After a night out, we walked in to find people sleeping in the lobby. The staff were okay, but the place looked pretty dodgy.

We arrived, checked in, and checked out, but it wasn’t what we expected. The back of the property was rubbish, the sink had visible hairs, and parking was limited—though you could pay across the road. The shared bathroom, as advertised, wasn’t suitable for an infant.
