The rooms were large and roomy, the beds were comfortable, everything was spotless, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. The coffee shop and on‑site restaurant with room service were a big help with kids.

Everything was great; the shower was amazing, the restaurant served excellent food and service, and breakfast was a real treat. No negatives.

The Planalto sits right in downtown Ponta Grossa, letting me walk to a museum, square, church, shopping streets, and a mall; the rooms and common areas are spotless, staff are very kind and helpful, and the Lumem café is excellent with a wide range of dishes, sweets, and fair prices. The hotel advertises acoustic isolation and blackout windows, and while they exist, they’re not the best.
