Even though it’s a bit away from the center, it’s not unpleasant to walk there, and there’s a bus stop very close. The room is simple, but it’s pretty good for the price compared to other places in Florence, especially since ours had a fridge and microwave, which is handy given how expensive food is in the city. Breakfast is at a nearby bar; it’s not bad if you like sweets, as it includes two pastries and a coffee, all of which were pretty good, though it would be nice to have a sandwich or something less sugary. In short, it’s a basic place that matches its price. I have no particular complaints, except that the sofa in the room was a bit uncomfortable; a few cushions might have made it more pleasant for TV time.

It was very clean and quiet for resting. Marco, the androgynous staff member, was super attentive and pleasant. He helped us by telling us what to see in Florence.

The location was good relative to the tourist center. Marco was extremely helpful and kind, willing to do anything to assist. The place was hard to find.
