Everything! Kateryna, the beautiful and kind host, welcomed us warmly and provided all the necessary information while always being available. The room was spotless and the cleaning was punctual, with the room and bathroom tidied up. Kateryna pays great attention to the property and it shows she cares. Breakfast in the very nearby local place was simple but excellent (too bad they didn't have sfogliatelle, but the croissants were great). There’s also a small lounge near the reception with tables where you can relax, have free coffee, a glass of water, candy, and snacks, all organized and included. It’s in the city center, but the room is quiet, just 30 meters from nightlife and a few hundred meters from important historic sites or walking routes for those who want to stroll. She’s very kind and helpful even for check‑out. I repeat, you can see she puts her heart into doing things.
