The reception team was exceptionally courteous, professional, and welcoming, and the receptionist even went the extra mile to wish my son a happy birthday at checkout, showing genuine care and outstanding customer service. The rooms were comfortable, well‑maintained, and had all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay, while the overall ambience of the hotel was excellent, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our visit. We had a wonderful experience and thank the entire team for their hospitality, extra care, and excellent service, and we would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel. On the downside, the food was good and enjoyable, but during breakfast we noticed occasional delays in refilling some items; management might want to review staffing levels and ensure sufficient backup food so replenishment can be carried out more promptly during busy periods.
