I truly enjoyed my time with my family. We booked two pool villas and had a wonderful stay. Everything was relaxing and memorable. Thank you, Seffi, for accommodating our request and taking great care of us

While the staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating and friendly, my stay was somewhat marred by the lack of certain amenities in my room. The most notable issue was the absence of rugs, which made the room feel cold and bare. Despite this, the staff's excellent service made up for some of the room's shortcomings.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster, with everything from the broken bathroom to the lack of hot water being a major problem. The bathtub was also broken, and the room was not clean, which was a major letdown. To make matters worse, the hotel's poor condition was a first for me, and I ended up checking out early.

I was thoroughly let down by my stay at this hotel, which unfortunately fell short in almost every aspect. The rooms were dirty and had a terrible smell, with no toilet seats or shower curtains, and the lack of hot water was a major issue. The beds were uncomfortable and the thin blankets did little to keep me warm. To make matters worse, the rooms were infested with flies, making for a truly unpleasant experience.
