The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel sits right next to the bus stop and the local Bahn Station on Kitzsteinhornstrasse. The room and bed were very comfortable, the WC and bathroom facilities were excellent, and the hotel felt very safe and secure. Breakfast was excellent and there was a wide range of food. The location was great for exploring the Zee Am See area, so I would highly recommend it.

Hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Essen, besonders am Abend im Rahmen der Halbpension. Das Hotel bietet ein außergewöhnliches Rundumpaket mit der Zell am See Sommerkarte, dem kostenlosen Parkhaus und einem tollen Wellnessbereich mit Pool und verschiedenen Saunen. Das Personal kümmert sich um alles sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, aber die Matratzen schon etwas durchgelegen. Leider ging die Heizung zum Herbstanfang noch nicht
