It’s a family‑run B&B that’s well‑kept and clean; we were very comfortable. Mauri, the owner, is amazing—he was very responsive even before we arrived and stayed attentive to our needs throughout.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly, the location superb near restaurants, shops, and the train; the hotel was very clean, including the room and shower, and the value matched the price. Everything about Locarno was clean.

I was once again delighted to stay at Giacometti; the owners are charming and always attentive, the breakfast is generous and tasty, and the rooms are spotless, plus the location is ideal for exploring Locarno and the surrounding area—fantastic.

The hotel sits right in the city centre, so getting around was a breeze. Breakfast was tasty and the staff treated us like old friends, always ready to help. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
