We had an incident were the room was dirty, no shower curtain , no phone , and the manager was not understanding. This was rectified. I am receiving a refund. I expect this is a nice facility if everything is working and the rooms are clean. The location is great, the back view is beautiful. It is quiet. And the breakfast had doggy bags with waffles. Mistakes happen

Room and facilities were super clean. Delicious breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, etc. Has a 24 hr. gym. Staff were very helpful. My friend enjoyed the swimming pool. Great location. Most of the places we needed to go to were within about 10 to 15 mins away from this hotel. Will book here again if we ever go back to Lake Geneva

Great spot for the Alpine Valley Music Theater. The price was too high.

Good location. The carpet didn’t seem to be vacuumed well; there were food crumbs and a soda bottle lid between the beds.
