We enjoyed the private and public baths – they were clean and easy to use. The free snacks, like the welcome drink and late‑night noodles, were a nice touch, and having a coffee and tea maker in the room was convenient. Breakfast was a delicious spread. The pillow station was nice to have, but by the evening the choices were very limited. The room’s air‑conditioning made a lot of noise.
This well‑known hotel has well‑trained, enthusiastic staff, a huge parking lot right behind it that’s ideal for drivers, and the rooms mostly met our expectations; the hot‑spring facilities are fantastic, so we’d recommend taking another soak early the morning before checking out, the location is great on the main pilgrimage street for visitors, and they even offer free night‑time snacks. However, when navigating there by car you must direct the GPS to the parking lot rather than the hotel itself or you’ll end up on the pilgrimage path, the rooms lack a bathtub and only have a shower, and the semi‑self‑service Japanese breakfast, while photogenic, didn’t suit Taiwanese tastes.

The inn is just a stone’s throw from the Kompira Shrine, so after a visit you can easily return for a soak, and the famous Yoru Naki ramen plus the complimentary lobby tea made us feel truly welcome. The private bath, however, is just a simple wooden tub and lacks any special flair.
“All my family love the hotel and all facilities they provided!”
10 out of 10. My whole family loves the hotel and all the facilities it offers.
The rooms and on‑sen facilities were clean and comfortable, every staff member was friendly and a few could speak Korean, which was a pleasant surprise, and the hotel’s spot made it easy to explore the area while remaining quieter than we expected.
