The room was very clean and comfortable, and the reception was excellent.

The breakfast was average. The facility was not genuine or sincere; they dismiss our complaints with fabricated statements and never give a proper response. They keep blaming us for faults, such as when we asked for a room for two adult men, they said we had not approved it, demanded an extra fee, and then claimed we didn’t pay, so they wouldn’t give us a bed—though our own screenshots show they had approved it. They also claim we immediately received a refund, but we only noticed it three or four days later after we complained, and then the refund was processed. We paid two breakfast fees for a two‑person room, and they asked for an extra breakfast charge. In all these situations they try to satisfy us with made‑up answers or pretend they are happy with us.
