The location is beautiful, but the noise from guests on the floor above walking in heels made it impossible to rest; at breakfast at 9:30 only vegan croissants remained, yet there was plenty of other food. The spa was well maintained, though the staff didn’t explain the details clearly. I bought a black mask for 15 euros, the attendant applied it, and when I asked to remove it he said I could just throw it under the shower; no cotton swab or cream was provided, and the ruined costume made me think I’d spent more for adequate service.
