The room was marked non‑smoking, but I don’t smoke and the lingering smoke bothered me; it still smelled of smoke. I was in room 201, the outside temperature was hot at 26/28 °C, yet the room stayed cold even with the air‑conditioning off. I had to open the window to warm it. The bed had a waterproof membrane over the mattress that prevented breathability, giving me a damp, hot feeling on my back—a first for me, and I hope it won’t happen again.
