The owners were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the spot was close to Garden of the Gods, the Manitou incline, and Pikes Peak.
A cozy little motel with a pool, but there’s no coffee machine in the room; you can grab coffee from the reception in the mornings.

The place was clean and well organized with very nice management, though the pool could use more tables with umbrellas; otherwise it was very nice.

The location near Manitou Springs is good, but I booked for the hot tub shown online and it’s gone, and it’s overpriced for just a room for two nights.
