The highlight was definitely Tina, the dog who greeted us at the entrance and waved goodbye when we left for a walk – she was super sweet. The pool area and lounge chairs were pretty nice too. But we ran into a few hiccups: no one was at the front desk except the day we arrived, and the lady who handed us a PDF was gone when we needed to complain about dirty towels. I had to text a guy who eventually sent fresh ones.

The whole pousada has a calming décor that feels very inviting, and it’s only a few meters from Playa Grande, one of the most beautiful beaches, with plenty of restaurants and services nearby.

The host, Márcia, was attentive, courteous, and quick to help – a perfect example of customer respect, earning a ten out of ten for service. The only downside was the departure process, which felt a bit rushed.
