The beds were comfy, rooms were large, the pool was at a nice temperature, and the hotel was close to shops, restaurants, and not too far from the beach, but other guests’ open windows rattled at night because of the wind.

“Buena ubicación, necesita renovación.”

There aren’t many units, so it’s very quiet; we got the third floor and the only unit with a terrace, which kept us very calm. The cleaning was daily, and they give a bottle of wine on arrival. The facilities and apartments are old and should be upgraded, like the wooden windows, and there are few power outlets.

I was only a short walk from everything, which was convenient, but the construction next to the complex started at 8 am with rock breakers, so I had to leave the building during the day because the noise was unbearable. Cats were roaming around the apartments; one slipped in without our knowledge and slept on our bed, while two others hid under the beds all night.
