Clean and cute, the front desk staff were friendly, but the downstairs bar shut an hour early while almost nothing else in the city was open.
“Artistic, sophisticated, made you feel special king of place.”
The hotel was beautiful, sophisticated, elegant without being fussy, and artistic; everyone was friendly and eager to improve our stay, yet the room was noisy—people walked in the rooms above us, in the hallway, and on the street—though I can be picky because most of our visit was great.
“Had a great stay!”
Everything was good
The staff were very helpful and friendly, creating a positive vibe, but the room was a bit loud at night because it’s close to the fire house and train, and the only breakfast option was a special that was rather expensive.
“Excellent stay in the Berkshires.”
I loved the style, the staff, and my room—nothing negative.
