I liked the spacious bathroom and the mini hair dryer, plus the breakfast was good. However, we stayed for three nights and the towels were never changed, and there is no hanger or anything to let them dry fully, so we ended up cleaning ourselves with towels that hadn’t dried yet. They charge for towel changes, and the checkout time is too early.

I appreciated how attentive and always ready the staff were to help. The downside was that the hallways leading to the accommodation are quite dark, so you inevitably need a flashlight.

The location is great, very close to Palermo’s historic part. The beds are very uncomfortable, the sound insulation is very poor, and from the courtyard you can hear some noise at night, but we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from.

The apartment is huge, clean (cleaned daily) and everything is close by. The breakfast is delicious, there’s something good for everyone, and the lady making coffee or tea is very nice and smiling, so you feel at home. I recommend this place and Palermo.

The room is clean and has all the comforts. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent. The downside is that it’s not well insulated from noises coming from inside the building itself.
