What mattered to us was that we could arrive flexibly, thanks to the system that opens doors via email. We were pleasantly surprised by how well the accommodation worked out. For us, it was only a layover between the Kiel ferry and home, so the surroundings didn’t matter.

The kitchenette was very handy, yet the two‑person table was too small and the seating cramped; ventilation was only possible in the bathroom because the sliding blinds tear when opening the balcony door, as they’re only attached with Velcro.

The electronic check‑in worked great, but I would have liked an extra cup of coffee at breakfast.

The room was well equipped with a great value, yet the first time I opened the door with my phone it was a bit inconvenient because I needed hotel reception and the Wi‑Fi code was in the room; after that it worked thanks to the Wi‑Fi. Breakfast was somewhat limited due to construction.
