“Average”
The location and staff were great, and the beds were comfortable. The free coffee/tea bar and water refill station were fantastic, and check‑in/out was easy. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected; the walls were oddly dirty. There’s no valet, so you have to park and walk with all your bags—not ideal. At least the parking is discounted/validated and somewhat close.

The hotel sits right in the heart of Philly, so you can stroll to a bunch of cool spots. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help. The elevator doors slam shut too quickly, which can push older or slower guests; a one‑second delay would make a difference.

The staff were absolutely helpful, always remembering us, asking how our day was, and chatting with us. They were very attentive and just great people! The location is, of course, unbeatable.
