The breakfast was decent, and the location was good. I wasn’t happy with the price change.

“Great location and overall good stay.”

Getting there from the highway was easy and there were plenty of nearby restaurants. The 1st‑floor room next to the kitchen let me hear the sink being turned on and off at 5 am, and the AC made a high‑pitched squeal at 4 am that woke us up, so I had to switch it off.

“Would definitely recommend as a convenient, affordable option!”

Breakfast was good, staff kept it well stocked throughout morning. Coffee bar was delicious and well stocked. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. There was good storage space in room, and good variety of soaps to use. Staff was very kind and helpful. Price was fair for 2 nights on weekend, and location was easy to get to Chicago, and there was plenty of local food places. Hotel lobby had drinks & snacks, as well as toiletries, for purchase (although they were a bit pricey). Parking was easy, and FREE which was the best because most hotels around Chicago charge a lot for parking. Overall, great hotel to stay in for a fair price with amenities, and I would recommend!. One elevator did not work and was out of order, which was a little inconvenient for waiting. Pool was very small, and no hot tub, but at least they have a pool

I liked how clean the lobby smelled and how kind the ladies were. The room had a slight stale smell and the sink didn’t drain, but the maintenance man fixed it right away. The breakfast egg patties were a bit off, and the warmers didn’t keep the sausage warm enough, but it was still acceptable.

“Overall, service was fine, breakfast was great. The rooms could’ve been a little cleaner.”

The TV and phone were out. Seats, countertops, and couches were very dirty.
