The host was friendly and accommodating, the air‑con worked, the bed was huge and comfortable, and the shower was hot. The place is remote enough for quietness yet close enough to walk to the beach and cafés. It would be nice to have a newer TV that supports Netflix.

The host was very loving. The accommodation was very comfortable, nicely arranged, and had everything you need. Everything was within walking distance.

We were lucky to find availability when we unexpectedly had a week to spend in Nai Yang before a flight home. The rooms feel private, sit on a quiet road, and have outside space where you can see lovely trees and hear birdsong. The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach with all the tourist infrastructure, plus shops in the opposite direction even closer, and the airport bus stop—good for a cheap trip to Phuket Town. The room and surroundings were freshly painted and clean with nice design features. The room had all the amenities we needed, and the communal kitchen was a bonus, letting us make delicious breakfasts at leisure to start our day. Ammy left detailed and helpful instructions regarding check‑in and was easily accessible to answer queries, making us feel very safe and secure. If you want an individualized experience away from mass tourism, this is the place. We really enjoyed Nai Yang too, having only intended to be there for transit purposes. Beautiful beach with safe swimming, nice restaurants even on the beach, lovely.

Such a lovely, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and peaceful place. Great location, just a 3‑minute walk to Nai Yang Beach.

The room was super clean, they regularly checked on us upon arrival and gave us tips for traveling from the airport to their location. They made us feel welcomed and warm. Nothing else!
