The staff were friendly, there was plenty of parking, free wifi, and it was close to the lake, yet the room felt damp, lacked proper lighting, some outlets didn’t work, the hair dryer was broken, it was noisy—you could hear everything from the room above including banging water pipes, and on the first night there were hot rodding pickup trucks in the back parking lot at 10:30 pm.
