The room was spotless and roomy, the staff were charming, and the bed was comfortable; the hotel was excellent, made even better by the staff. This is the most comfortable, beautiful room I've ever had.

I found the hotel pretty underwhelming; no one at the front desk spoke English, and they only accepted cash or Vietnamese QR for payment, so I had to walk a long way to a bank to withdraw money—there was no info about this anywhere.
