The location is exceptional, the staff are outstanding, and the overall setting is great.

The location is great and the surroundings are beautiful, though the room lacks a view; the place is clean and nicely decorated overall. It feels more like a homestay, so the value isn’t great, the pool and bathroom floor were not clean, staff were hard to reach, and breakfast took a long time to be served because it isn’t prepared on site.

The grounds are huge and stunning, with plenty of staff who are all lovely; the location in Franschhoek is perfect. The value isn’t amazing and the room décor feels a bit dated.

I enjoyed the breakfast, but the door to the courtyard could neither be closed nor darkened, and the staff couldn't help me with that.
