اقامة ممتازة استقبال رائع خاصة طاقم الاستقبال كوثر و صبرينة
“Nice hotel, but the construction noise and delayed response seriously affected my stay and rest.”
The hotel itself is nice, clean, and well located, and the room and facilities were generally good. Unfortunately, my stay was heavily affected by extremely loud construction noise from the nearby building, which started at around 6:30 AM. I was unable to get proper sleep or rest. I contacted reception and was initially told that there were no other rooms available. Later, I was told they would check for another room, but the response was delayed and I had difficulty reaching reception afterward. This was very disappointing, especially for a 5‑star hotel. If the hotel is aware that certain rooms are significantly affected by construction noise, I believe guests should be informed or, where possible, allocated rooms away from the disturbance.
The stay was lovely and the place was nice.
The rooms were clean, but the reception did not answer at night.
The accommodation was excellent; I thank the reception team and the valet service for their courteous treatment, especially Khaled who was friendly, respectful, and always smiling.
