“Good place to stay but USE FRONT DOOR!!”

The room was modern, easy to access, spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable, but we were told to use the rear door because it was “closer to the room”; that door has no level access, so two elderly guests had to haul their bags up two concrete steps, and an 80‑year‑old guest fell, badly bruising her hip.

“It’s a decent older place to stay except for the”

I chose this hotel for its amenities and spaciousness, but the desk clerk told me right away that the hotel was overbooked and there was no room for me; after that, we locked the door from the inside, and when we tried to unlock it, the molding strip came off. I stepped on a tile in the bathroom that popped off and stuck to the bottom of my bare foot, and another molding strip popped off above the refrigerator. The area behind the bathroom door had hair and a pill on the floor.

“It was only one night, but we would consider staying there again.”

The bed was very comfortable and we slept well; the hot tub was amazing. The older front‑desk woman who checked us in was not very friendly compared to the morning shift woman, who was very friendly. We could have used a couple larger towels in our room; we had to use the only two larger ones for the pool and dried off from the shower with hand towels.
