The hotel's location is one of its major selling points - it's right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the major attractions.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference.
For the price, this hotel is a decent value, but the breakfast options were pretty subpar.

“It was ok for the price”
The spot was great, and I appreciated the non‑carpeted floors. Unfortunately, there was no soap for hand washing or showering, the baseboards were grimy, and the door was filthy.
The bathroom hosted a cockroach and a few other bugs; the door was hard to open and close, getting stuck frequently.
“Adequate facility. Excellent staff!”
The staff were wonderful, and I actually spoke with real people; there were no virtual contacts to talk with. I will never use it again or recommend it. The property needs a makeover, which I understand is planned.
