The staff were all very helpful and the property stays in good shape; Mr. Pradeep Joshi, the owner, is friendly and always reachable by phone for support and guidance during our stay. However, the next day some unruly guests stayed in the same hotel and didn't care about other guests, which annoyed us; future bookings should avoid such patrons.
