Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The location was good. They didn’t clean or set up our room until we arrived. A strong bad smell was present because they hadn’t cleaned for a long time, and they didn’t answer phone calls. According to the booking, they promised a spacious room with a beach view, but they gave us an old house room. We stayed because we had an event there and had no other option.

The place was closed when we went there, and we weren’t given any prior notice.

We booked this place three months ahead and everything was confirmed, but a day before check‑in I called and was told the booking had been cancelled before the line was cut off. Subsequent calls went unanswered until I finally got through, only to be told the property was under renovation—a fact that had never been mentioned before. We had planned a two‑day stay around this reservation, so we had to scramble and completely redo our itinerary at the last minute. One of my friends also discovered a double‑booking issue with the same property and was informed at the last minute that it was unavailable. The handling was extremely unprofessional, communication was poor, and there was no accountability. I would not recommend booking here if you want peace of mind.

The rooms are clean and the location is close to the beach, but you have to pick between the train that comes every 30 minutes behind the building or the loud street in front with buses honking all night and morning.

The room was spacious, very bright, with a panoramic window and sea view, and it had its own balcony. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The common areas were large, also with panoramic windows and a balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and cookware. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The location was great for us, with a bus stop nearby, shops, and a local restaurant in the adjacent building offering local cuisine at low prices. Unfortunately, it was very noisy for us; the windows faced the road and even with them closed the noise was loud, so we only managed to survive with earplugs.
