My stay at this hotel was a disaster. The bed in my room was like sleeping on a rock, so I requested a room change, but the staff member claimed there were no available rooms, despite the fact that three rooms were empty right in front of us. To make matters worse, the hotel forgot to provide shampoo in the bathroom, and when I asked for some, they told me it was not available. Overall, it was the worst hotel experience of my life.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at this hotel, where the rooms were disgustingly dirty, covered in a thick layer of dust and cobwebs. The walls were stained, and the bedding was woefully inadequate for a double bed, with a single blanket provided. The closet was infested with a vibrant blue mold, and the bathroom was a sorry state. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
