“Great location but worn out room”

Only one stop from Gimpo Airport, the staff were friendly and professional, and the shower and toilet were in separate areas. The construction on the ground‑floor tiles had no clear signage for the alternate entrance via the cafe, one socket was taped over so I had to boil a kettle next to the bed, the shower head kept falling off, and overall the room felt like it needed maintenance.

“金浦空港での早朝便にとても便利！”

Walking to Gimpo Airport was convenient and the place was clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom and toilet were separate, but that layout was a bit inconvenient.

“Skvelý hotel, no sú tam nejaké drobnosti na zváženie”

The room was large enough to hold clothes and luggage, the metro was close, and the hotel’s location was good though it’s far from the center depending on where you plan to go. There was a hair dryer and bottled water. The fridge was small, which might be a drawback for some. The kitchen area was almost complete but there was no sink or cutlery, leaving the cabinets empty. The glass bathroom might not feel private for everyone. Cleaning was excellent, but the cleaning lady was very obstinate; even after we told her we didn’t need anything, she kept ringing the bell and knocking on the door to replace towels that weren’t needed, which was pointless. The hotel claimed to be eco‑friendly but didn’t deliver on that. When we had a “do not disturb” sign on the door, she insisted we put it back in the room; we didn’t need daily service—we stayed for two weeks and only used the “please clean room” sign on the door when necessary.
