Very disappointed—nothing was clean. The toilet was hidden.

Location. The room has many things that require attention, such as: 1. Toilet & bathroom have bad back-flow of sewage water; blocked pipes 2. TV not working 3. Kettle is broken

Nothing, not professional. The staff were unprofessional and irresponsible toward guests.

No reservation was confirmed even though the app said it was. They wouldn’t accept the booking confirmation on site.
